Choice has created an efficient and on going training course which staff members attend at the beginning of their employment with the brand and also 5 refresher courses through out the year in order to keep our staff updated with the latest selling techniques, company procedures and to have a better understanding of the new collections. We believe that our sales men & ladies represent the brand to the customers and therefore it is imperative that they develop good knowledge about the brand and take on a helpful and proactive role with the customers, advising what pieces to coordinate together, explain the quality of materials and embroideries and ensure the customer leaves the boutique feeling satisfied and likely to return again in the near future.
